Common Questions
Why do you require an advance payment?
An advance payment confirms your commitment and funds the initial intensive architecture, design, and environment setup required to kick off a project successfully. It protects both parties and ensures we can allocate our best resources immediately.
What happens if the scope changes mid-project?
Under a fixed-price contract, any changes to the agreed scope are quoted as separate change requests. If you anticipate frequent changes, our Dedicated Team retainer model is usually a better fit.
Do you offer post-launch maintenance?
Yes. We typically quote an annual maintenance contract at 20% of the initial project cost, which covers OS/platform updates, security patches, and minor bug fixes.
Who owns the code?
You do. Upon final payment, we explicitly assign full IP and copyright of the source code to you. There are no hidden licensing fees or ransom clauses.
