Refund Policy

Advance Payments

Engagements begin on receipt of an advance payment. This advance funds the initial architecture, design, and environment setup and confirms your commitment. Once work has commenced, the advance is non-refundable, because the resources and senior engineering time it pays for have already been allocated to your project.

If you cancel before any work has commenced, we will refund the advance minus any third-party costs or setup expenses already incurred on your behalf.

Milestone Payments

On larger projects billed against milestones, each milestone payment covers work delivered and accepted up to that point. Payments for milestones that have been completed and accepted are non-refundable. If you choose to end an engagement partway through, you pay only for work completed up to the point of cancellation.

App Store Ready-Made & Fixed-Package Products

For pre-scoped, fixed-package products, once development has started the fee is non-refundable, as the package is built specifically for you. Before development starts, you may cancel for a full refund of any amount paid.

Third-Party Costs

Costs paid to third parties on your behalf — such as Apple Developer or Google Play accounts, domain registration, cloud hosting, or paid APIs — are non-refundable, as these are charged by those providers and not by us.

Maintenance Contracts

Annual maintenance fees are billed in advance for the coverage period. If you cancel a maintenance contract mid-term, we can refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis, minus any work already carried out in the current period.
